Privacy Policy

Traket stores account, organization, Stripe import, Plaid transaction, and SDK usage data so the product can show revenue, cost, and margin views. We use this data to operate, secure, debug, and improve the service.

We do not sell your data. We do not share customer data with third parties except service providers required to run the product, comply with law, protect the service, or complete an action you request.

Traket uses Supabase and other infrastructure providers for storage and processing. If a third-party provider experiences a compromise or outage, Traket will take reasonable steps to respond, but we cannot guarantee that third-party systems will never fail.

Do not send prompts, outputs, files, provider headers, API keys, or full provider responses through SDK or CSV paths. The product is designed to store usage units, costs, diagnostics, attribution, and allowlisted metadata instead.
