Privacy Policy
Traket stores account, organization, Stripe import, Plaid transaction, and SDK usage data so the product can show revenue, cost, and margin views. We use this data to operate, secure, debug, and improve the service.
We do not sell your data. We do not share customer data with third parties except service providers required to run the product, comply with law, protect the service, or complete an action you request.
Traket uses Supabase and other infrastructure providers for storage and processing. If a third-party provider experiences a compromise or outage, Traket will take reasonable steps to respond, but we cannot guarantee that third-party systems will never fail.
Cookies and browser storage
Traket and its service providers use cookies and similar browser storage to operate and secure the service, remember choices, measure use of the public marketing site, and provide third-party features that you request.
- Authentication and security. Supabase authentication cookies keep you signed in and may remain for up to 400 days unless you sign out or clear them. Temporary cookies used to protect OAuth login and Stripe connection flows expire after about 10 minutes.
- Preferences. Local browser storage remembers appearance, theme, reduced-motion, and dashboard-sidebar choices until you change them or clear site data. An administrative reporting-range cookie may remain for up to one year.
- Marketing-site analytics. Google Analytics 4 helps us understand visits and interactions on public marketing pages. It may process page, browser, device, and approximate-location information and set first-party
_gacookies for up to two years. We do not use Google Analytics on signed-in product pages. - Features you request. Opening the demo calendar loads Cal.com, connecting financial accounts may load Plaid, and connecting Stripe redirects you to Stripe. Those providers may use their own cookies or similar technologies to deliver the feature, prevent fraud, remember choices, or perform analytics under their privacy notices.
You can block or delete cookies and local storage through your browser settings. Blocking essential storage may prevent sign-in, saved preferences, or requested integrations from working.
Traket never collects or stores prompts, messages, model outputs, API keys, provider headers, or full provider request and response bodies. There is no request-capture mode. SDK and CSV paths store usage counts, costs, diagnostics, attribution, and allowlisted metadata instead.
