Terms of Service

Traket provides tools for importing business data, tracking AI usage, and analyzing margin. You are responsible for the accuracy of the data you connect, upload, or send through the SDK.

You must only connect accounts, files, and systems you have permission to use. Do not upload secrets, prompts, outputs, provider headers, API keys, or data you are not authorized to process.

Traket is provided as an operational analytics tool. It is not legal, tax, accounting, or financial advice. You are responsible for decisions made from the information shown in the product.

Free usage ingestion is limited to the allowance shown on the pricing page. Paid subscriptions renew monthly until canceled. Stripe Checkout shows the applicable base price, trial eligibility, billing date, and payment details before confirmation; eligible trials require a card. Pro metered charges are based on accepted SDK-tracked spend above the included billing-period amount. Cancellation through the billing portal takes effect at the end of the current period unless Stripe states otherwise.

To the maximum extent allowed by law, Traket is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages.
